CVO Electrical Systems

CVO Electrical Systems, LLC (CVOES) is a small electrical consulting firm that offers a broad range of electrical services to a widely diverse client base. Although we provide services nationwide, our efforts are concentrated in the Northwest.

CVO Electrical Systems was formed in 2005 and was formerly the Corvallis, OR office of ESA, Inc. We are organized as a Limited Liability Company in the State of Oregon. Owners are David Castor, P.E., Jerry Witkowski, P.E., and Martin Stoddard, P.E., all electrical engineers with many years of experience in providing consulting engineering services to the electrical industry.

Based on our past experience at other successful engineering firms, we have developed at strong set of company goals for CVO Electrical Systems:
